What should you expect from a home inspection performed by Puget Sound Home Inspection? All home inspections conducted by Puget Sound Home Inspection meet or exceed Washington States Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors. Unlike many other home inspection companies out there; we walk your roof if it’s safe to do so. We crawl into areas of the home most people would rather not go such as the attic and crawl space. Any issues and/or defects found during the inspection are clearly identified with photos available throughout the inspection report. Home inspection reports are typically available same day or always within 24 hours of the home inspection using the latest inspection software.
